Assistant responses vary between runs and change over time, so we run each question several times and report the frequency across those runs, naming the model and the date. A frequency is honest in a way a single screenshot is not.
Assistant outputs drift as providers update models and training data, so a one-off audit becomes stale. Monitoring and periodic review exist to catch that drift. It is billed monthly because the work recurs, and you can cancel at any time.
