An agent cannot browse five retailer websites well. It needs one clean, structured answer for South African prices, and that is what we provide.
Every product in every answer links to your own product page. The shopper checks out with you, on your site, with your loyalty programme.

With a feed you approve, agents see your real prices, promotions, loyalty prices and stock, in your own naming.
You decide what is shared, how often it is refreshed, and how your store is credited. One integration covers every agent that uses us.
Your promotion text and card prices, such as member-only deals, reach shoppers at the moment they are deciding.
As usage grows, aggregate and anonymised trends on which products are compared most and where your prices lead. Never anything about individual shoppers.
Inclusion is free. We are not asking you to pay for placement, and we never sell placement in the ranking.
Our commitments
From the public pages of each retailer’s online store, fetched live when an agent asks, cached for a few minutes, and always shown with the time they were fetched. We would rather work from a feed you approve, which is why we are reaching out.
Inclusion is free for retailers, and factual public shelf prices are passed through at R0.00. Developers start on a free tier, while higher-volume teams pay AZ Labs strictly for compute, cross-retailer SKU normalization, unit-price conversion math, smart-basket optimization, and GS1 barcode matching — never for a license over your data.
Usually written permission plus a product and price feed, or access to an existing one, with the refresh rate and fields you choose. We handle matching your products against other retailers, and you can review how your store appears.
